About the Role

A rapidly growing healthcare startup is seeking an M&A Financial Analyst to support their expansion efforts. The successful candidate will engage in extensive data analysis and valuation modeling, utilizing advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive data request lists and conduct thorough analyses of findings.
  • Evaluate financial data provided by target companies.
  • Perform financial modeling for initial valuations.
  • Conduct quality of earnings assessments and waterfall analyses.
  • Create pro forma financial statements and analyze cost structures.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, including investors and senior management.
  • Maintain and develop financial projections.
  • Engage in long-range planning and build detailed 3- and 5-year financial models.
  • Benchmark post-acquisition performance and analyze business assumptions.
  • Forecast funding requirements through liquidity models for M&A initiatives.
