We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist II to join our multi-department team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of patient care and treatment programs.
- Participate in rehabilitation services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
- Demonstrate advanced evaluation and treatment skills, with the ability to work in any department or location assigned based on rehabilitation needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of two years of clinical therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level, and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities.
- May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.
- WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
