Nephrology Specialist

Ochsner LSU Health System-Monroe Medical Center and LSU Health Sciences Center - Shreveport are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fellowship-Trained Nephrologist to join our Division of Nephrology in the Department of Medicine. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, critical care nephrology, glomerulonephritis and vasculitis, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, renal complications of systemic cancer (and its treatment), renal and non-renal transplants, and dialysis access.

• 7 Faculty Members, 4 Fellows, 2 APPs at LSUHSC Shreveport
• New program for Monroe
• High existing volumes
• Collegial and multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to collaborate on a customized plan of care for each patient

This position combines teaching and patient care, emphasizing teaching and providing vitally important leadership and guidance to medical students, residents, and fellows.
