Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team at Christus Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing care for pediatric patients referred for outpatient developmental occupational therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to identify their occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of pediatric patients.
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of their functional and developmental age.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Current Louisiana OT License required.
- Current BLS Card required.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Work Type:
Full-time.
