**About the Role**


First Heritage Mortgage Services is seeking a skilled Mortgage Processor to join its mortgage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and underwriting various loan applications, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and PHFA loans.


**Key Responsibilities**


The Mortgage Processor will identify and recommend alternative loan structuring and financing solutions, ensuring all information is accurate in the loan origination system. This includes FHA Connection and assisting in responding to Quality Control Audits.


**Requirements**


Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in mortgage lending and have current advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and PHFA programs and guidelines. They must also have well-developed communication skills and the ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities.
