Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team at Brookdale Pittsford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding occupancy goals.

About the Role

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Work collaboratively with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver's license and strong working knowledge of technology.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, with senior living experience preferred.
