Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficient in vendor management applications and enterprise software integration.
  • Experience with COTS systems implementations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including mentoring and project management.
  • Technical expertise in financial systems, particularly in billing and payment processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
