Key Responsibilities:- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in McLean, VA
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual clients' needs
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and interventions as needed
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
- Ability to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Competitive compensation package, up to $138,000 depending on licensure and experience
