About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Agent to join our team at MAXIMUS Consulting Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of property and people by providing wheelchair, security, and porter services.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed.
  • Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots.
  • Provide security at different areas, such as door, ramp, catering, and bag room.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and/or Spanish.
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
