Responsibilities

  • Lead and train a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a sporting goods or outdoor industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
