At Grand Lake Health System, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The successful candidate will direct and guide patient teaching and activities of nursing ancillary personnel, assuming a lead role in patient education. They will place patients at the center of care practices, collaborating and interacting positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
We require flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs, including working every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process.
- Direct patient teaching and activities of nursing ancillary personnel.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
