We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating and Cooling Specialist to join our team at Master Services Inc. As a key member of our HVAC team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are comfortable and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, thermostats, and other related equipment
- Conduct planned maintenance and installations to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions
- Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services Inc.
- Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication skills
