  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.

  • Ensure regular attendance and the ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as necessary.
  • Comply with health and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
  • Protect the confidentiality of company information and uphold the organization's reputation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Forklift Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume warehouse setting.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Experience with welding or torch operations, and proficiency in Spanish.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks, including standing, walking, and climbing.
