We are seeking a seasoned product manager to spearhead the development of our stablecoin from the ground up. In this challenging role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation to development, launch, and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and launch a stablecoin product that meets market needs and drives business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop the stablecoin's core functionalities, working closely with blockchain engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage the design, deployment, and testing of smart contracts that govern the stablecoin's functionality.
- Evaluate and mitigate regulatory risks associated with the development and launch of the stablecoin.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably building a product from the ground up in fintech, blockchain, or a related industry.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and stablecoin mechanics.
- Strong technical knowledge to work closely with engineers and guide blockchain product development.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year
