Physician Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Leader to join our team at CHAS Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and financial viability.

• Supervise assigned providers, including assessment of clinical skills and appropriateness of care, development of continuing education plans, and timely performance evaluations.
• Create and maintain positive staff relations and efficient patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and act as a champion of the electronic health record.
• Assist the Clinic Administrator in resolving patient issues and participate in recruitment efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.

• Education/Experience: As per Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Dentist job descriptions. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Team building/leadership skills, conflict management, training and supervision, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to work proactively and collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
