About the Role

This position provides protected time to teach and see patients in a multidisciplinary resident-based clinic setting, allowing you to develop your skills as a clinician, educator, and mentor.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic psychological counseling to patients with various mental health conditions
  • Assess patient psychological status, provide appropriate interventions, and refer to other disciplines when necessary
  • Collaborate with nursing and ancillary services to deliver comprehensive care
  • Communicate complex information to patients and medical teams
Requirements
  • Licensure: Psychologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Psychology required
  • Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement plans, and more.
