**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team as an independent contractor at Harmony United Psychiatric Care, a network of outpatient mental health clinics in Florida. Our team provides comprehensive services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, and neuropsychological testing services.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services to patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
- Document patient progress and provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and neuropsychological findings
**Requirements**
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Experience in conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing
- Current license in the state of Florida or in the process of obtaining one
**What We Offer**

**Work Schedule Flexibility**
As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your own working hours and schedule appointments according to your availability. Offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments, and there is also the option to work via telemedicine on Fridays and Sundays. You can choose to work 50% remotely from the start of your employment if desired.
**Benefits and Compensation Package**
Our compensation package includes an estimated $75 per billable hour, plus group malpractice insurance and provision of testing materials. This represents a competitive salary for a Clinical Neuropsychologist in the Clearwater area.
