Job SummaryWe're seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a ChenMed physician, you'll have the opportunity to work in a high-touch, relationship-centered model that prioritizes patient care and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients in a small patient panel setting
- Work collaboratively with our dedicated care and support team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in our Value-Based Care approach, which focuses on transforming the health and lives of seniors on Medicare Advantage
- Enjoy a work-life balance with no nights or weekends, and 100% outpatient care
- Guaranteed salary and quality-based performance plan
- Comprehensive benefit package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits
- 33 days of paid time off and 5.5% 401K match
- CME $3,500 and partnership opportunity
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
