Key Responsibilities- Assist clients and staff with team needs throughout the facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Support the treatment process by reviewing patient/client activities and relating observations to staff, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, philosophies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain patient/client medications, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Provide clerical support to the treatment team, including medication services, patient scheduling, and management of the unit office/tech station.
- Assist patients/clients from admission through discharge, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal care.
- Ensure the building is in compliance with fire and safety regulations, as well as guest/visitor expectations.
- Drive responsibilities as needed, adhering to site-specific requirements and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a Level II background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification or attainment within 30 days.
- Current Self-Administration of Medication Certification or attainment within 90 days, as applicable to sites.
- Favorable Drivers Health Screen and current Driver's License, with the ability to meet driving criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience working in the addiction treatment industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- 2 or more years' experience in understanding the Twelve Step Process/Program Overview.
