LPN - Float Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse - Float Role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for clinic patients, working within the scope of licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
- Function as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient.
- Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations, and support the team of co-workers.
- Give direction to CNA's and Schedulers, and receive direction from Providers, Coordinators, and Clinical Managers/Supervisors and RN's.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Nursing Program, required.
- Current state LPN license, required.
- Basic Life Support, from a College of Technology/Nursing, required.
