Telehealth Clinician Opportunity in Washington State

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Talk Therapist to join our team as a Telehealth Clinician, providing high-quality mental health services to clients in Washington state.
Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to work as a licensed clinician with Thriveworks, a leading national private practice group. As a Telehealth Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting online sessions with clients, utilizing your expertise to provide effective therapy and support.
Responsibilities- Conduct online sessions with clients, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their mental health concerns
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your clinical skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington state
- A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in the field
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including paid orientation, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
