About the Role

As a Gaming Lounge Host at Seminole Gaming, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in our upscale gaming lounge. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, request primary beverage orders, and initiate conversation to build rapport.
  • Expedite drink orders quickly and accurately, serving refills upon request and following up for additional beverage requirements.
  • Adhere to all responsible alcohol serving requirements, requesting identification when necessary, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, transporting dishes to the kitchen for washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience as a bar apprentice and/or bartender preferred.
  • Knowledge of all beverage functions, including mixing drinks, operating bar equipment, and working knowledge of restaurant functions.
  • Previous experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue highly valued; current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five years required.
  • Prior experience in an upscale gaming lounge and/or similar entertainment environment preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to wear assigned uniform or special event costume with flair and techniques associated with modeling industry requirements.

Work Environment:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, taste or smell; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
