Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with new and regular guests in a genuine manner, suggesting products that complement their purchases to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Retail Sales: Ring up guests on cash registers and balance cash and inventory transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean in and outside of the store, including sweeping the parking lot, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and filling water and towels at the pump.
  • Inventory Management: Stock shelves and coolers, and maintain food and beverage areas with freshly prepared ready-to-eat food and beverages.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to all RaceTrac, federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Update prices and post new signage to reflect monthly promotions and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
