Position Summary:
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for full-time employment with consistent hours.

Our preventative maintenance program ensures stability with five shifts per week and offers competitive compensation within the industry.

This full-time position includes health, dental, and vision insurance with employee contributions, as well as life insurance, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and discounts on hotel stays.


Our Facilities Maintenance Specialists are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all interior and exterior lighting, equipment, pool, fire systems, and guest room repairs.

They will report directly to the Chief Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all assigned preventative maintenance tasks according to established programs.
  • Address all work requests related to equipment.
  • Adhere to specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a log of completed work.
  • Document essential life safety inspections.
  • Clear clogged drains and plumbing fixtures.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Report daily to the maintenance supervisor regarding any areas of concern.
  • Be prepared to clear sidewalks and entrances in the event of snow or ice.
  • Participate in fire/emergency response teams as assigned.
  • Follow emergency and safety protocols as trained.
  • Deliver the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
  • Wear the appropriate uniform and name tag, maintaining personal appearance standards.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to read and write for record-keeping purposes.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

The compensation for this position is competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
