We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Professional in Human Services to join our team at the University of North Texas System. This tenure-track faculty position will be responsible for teaching and developing the Human Services Management and Leadership program.
Key Responsibilities- Teach four undergraduate courses per semester, including service learning and experiential learning opportunities.
- Develop and coordinate community partnerships for student engagement and experiential learning.
- Advise students on their degree plans and provide academic support.
- Participate in program assessment, development, and accreditation efforts.
- PhD in Human Services, Social Work, Counselor Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a closely related field from a university accredited by SACS or equivalent.
- Two years of experience as a human services professional with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated experience teaching human services or courses in mediation.
- Established research agenda or record of scholarly publications.
- Actively engaged in scholarship with a focus on human services and leadership.
