About the RoleAs a Clinical Instructor in our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, you will play a vital role in educating the next generation of nurses. This position focuses on Complex Adult Health, where you will guide students in managing adult patients facing critical and unstable health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical instruction aligned with the College's educational philosophy and program outcomes.
- Oversee and evaluate nursing students during their clinical experiences, ensuring they meet course objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to students regarding their performance and areas for improvement.
- Develop clinical assignments tailored to the individual learning needs of students.
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with clinical personnel.
- Support students through remediation as necessary.
We encourage applications from candidates who possess:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- An active and unencumbered nursing license.
- A minimum of two years of professional nursing experience within the last five years.
- Preferred experience in teaching or precepting nursing students.
- A genuine passion for nursing education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Strong communication skills and subject matter expertise.
The expected compensation for this position ranges from $560 to $7,245 per assignment, based on the credit hours assigned to the course. Actual pay may vary based on relevant factors.
