Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Systems Automated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all shipping and receiving operations, including preparing freight shipments for departure and receiving shipments in accordance with operational standards.
  • Ensure all pack-out requirements are achieved in a timely manner and performed according to operational policies.
  • Coordinate the return of all equipment, pack-outs, and/or trailers, ensuring the equipment is unloaded, inspected, and stored in accordance with operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory lists and ensure that all equipment is properly loaded, packed, and secured during trailer load outs.
  • Prepare and equip gang boxes according to project requirements and ensure that all essential equipment is properly maintained and inventoried.
  • Operate fork-lifts and company vehicles/trailers in accordance with operational guidelines as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and uncluttered appearance in the employee's designated shop area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
