Outpatient Psychotherapist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our dynamic medical team at our Outpatient Clinic.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, days only. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide mental health and psychotherapy services to clients ranging from children, adolescents, and adults in age. You will work in an outpatient clinic setting, collaborating with the integrated care team to ensure the best clinical outcome for your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the integrated care team to ensure the best clinical outcome for clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work
  • Active NY Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) Required
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
