Job Summary:
As a Client Services Support Specialist at SPS North America Inc, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional office and mail services. This position involves processing inbound/outbound mail, distributing/delivering mail, shipping and receiving product and supplies to support onsite business service center. You will also be responsible for replenishing/organizing/ordering office supplies, ensuring copy/print machines are functional and stocked, serving as a backup to the front of office (reception/concierge), and providing light maintenance/cleaning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
  • Receive and sort incoming mail/packages, inputting into chain of custody software package.
  • Manage outgoing mail/package transactions.
  • Perform duties associated with shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Notify employees upon receipt of inbound deliveries.
  • Distribute mail/packages to company personnel.
  • Act as point of contact for company personnel on mail/package inquiries.
  • Perform daily key ops of convenience multi-function devices (ensuring functionality, replenish toner/paper).
  • Submit work orders for certain requests.
  • Service and replenish the barista, pantry, conference, kitchen, or meetings areas.
  • Set up meeting rooms and conference rooms.
  • Maintain the Business Service Center area in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Monitor office supply levels and order accordingly.
  • Assist with copy/print orders and monitor equipment for satisfactory functionality.
