Senior Tax Consultant

At Intuit, we're seeking highly skilled tax professionals to join our team as Senior Tax Consultants. As a critical member of our tax preparation team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing accurate and compliant tax returns.

**About the Role:**

We're looking for experienced tax professionals with a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Your expertise in navigating complex taxation laws and regulations will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Senior Tax Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate and compliant tax returns for individual clients using TurboTax products
• Providing expert tax advice and guidance to customers through video and audio tools
• Managing product/software inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and customer data

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• An active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• The ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• A dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
• A willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
