About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their inpatient nursing team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing support to patients and families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and develop individualized care plans to address their needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or eligibility for multistate RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • 1+ years of experience in inpatient nursing
Compensation and Benefits
