Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care in Ft. Thomas, KY.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and responding to changes in patient conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in a timely manner
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality care is provided
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification
  • Strong documentation skills and experience with electronic medical records
  • Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
