Store Dispatcher

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a highly skilled Store Dispatcher to join our team of Auto Parts professionals.

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch delivery drivers in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of parts to customers
• Map out routes for deliveries to optimize efficiency
• Track and analyze delivery service quality using our Delivery Management System
• Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle cash returns from drivers and maintain accurate records
• Inspect returned parts and cores and prepare them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer
• Maintain the fleet to ensure vehicles are in safe and proper working order

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to see, hear, and remember part numbers and line codes
• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder and walk up and down stairs
• Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
• Motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, strong sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, solid judgment
• Valid Driver's License

Pay: $17.25 per hour
