CentraCare Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Mental Health Unit team at St. Cloud Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and focused functional health assessments to diagnose patient problems and identify outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to address physical, psychological, cultural, and social components.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric - Mental Health Certification preferred.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and ongoing training required and provided.
