Job Title: CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Renovation Brands. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to fabricate wood parts for mantel assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Use gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
  • Understand and interpret B-Solid programming
  • Recognize and deploy inserts, fixtures, and tooling
  • Perform regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery
  • Comply with ISO requirements and safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years related experience and/or training
  • Experience in CNC programming preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a warehouse production setting
