Imaging Expert for Women's Health

We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at Onsite Women's Health, dedicated to providing comprehensive mammography services with clinical expertise and innovative technology. As a valued member of our team, you will specialize in the production of screening and diagnostic mammograms for the detection of breast cancers and lesions.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the initial and ongoing success of the mammography service in the practice where you work. This includes assisting the practice in any and all ways possible to ensure all eligible age-appropriate patients have annual screening mammograms. Your key responsibilities will include preparing patients for the mammographic procedure, explaining procedures to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation, moving equipment to specific positions, and adjusting controls to set exposure factors based on knowledge of radiographic exposure techniques and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid state license if applicable
  • Must be up to date on all CME credits
  • Must be very patient centric, compassionate, and computer savvy
  • Able to perform a variety of technical activities associated with the performance of screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task
