We are seeking a skilled Credit Management Professional to join our team at Mountain Alarm Fire & Security. As a leading provider of fire suppression and security alarm services, we have over 65 years of experience protecting what matters most.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This role is based in Ogden, Utah, and will involve working in a highly structured setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and negotiating payment plans with commercial and residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound / outbound collection phone calls
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers
  • Write letters, compose emails, and mail documents to collect past due funds
  • Log all customer correspondence in accounting systems
  • Receive and process payments as directed
  • Maintain positive attitude toward customers and ensure excellent communication
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 6+ months related experience in a collection environment required
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Goal-oriented professional with strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional mannerism and phone voice
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
