Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a strong passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language difficulties in students.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of each student, working closely with educators and parents to ensure effective implementation.
  • Provide SLPA services in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring that every student receives targeted support to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • Active SLPA License is required.
