Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Seneca Foods in Cambria West, WI. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing food processing equipment to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment throughout the facility
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace machinery as required
  • Read sketches and blueprints to determine layout of assigned work
  • Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as required
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and PM completed
  • Monitor equipment operation and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety rules, and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong maintenance skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
