    • The medical team consists of 30 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), featuring a dedicated nocturnal team.
    • Our clinicians possess a variety of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, fostering a collaborative environment for patient care.
    • We emphasize a team-oriented approach, collaborating with hospital department leaders and managers who are committed to supporting our practice.
    • Our facility is an established tertiary care hospital, receiving patient transfers from neighboring counties and beyond.
    • We have day and swing admitters, along with dedicated nocturnists.
    • A resident-led MET/RRT team is in place, and hospital medicine does not respond to codes.
    • The hospital features a closed ICU with a separate intensivist group.
    • While procedures are not mandatory, candidates are welcome to maintain privileges.
    • We are seeking board-certified or eligible candidates in internal medicine and family medicine.
    • Our EMR system is Epic, with access to an internal informatics platform.
    • Compensation ranges from $1625 (day) to $1850 (night) per shift, with $400 for moonlighting on additional shifts. Quality and productivity incentives are also available.
