Slitter Machine Operator

Charter Next Generation is seeking a skilled Slitter Machine Operator to join our team at our Bloomer, WI facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our slitter machines to produce high-quality film and packaging solutions.

• Operate and maintain slitter machines to produce film and packaging solutions
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on slitter machines

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work with measuring tools and technical equipment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout a 12-hour period
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Basic computer knowledge and strong communication skills

• Competitive starting wage of $25.67 per hour, with opportunities for advancement
