About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced PCBA Technician to join our growing team at Terran Orbital. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for installing and reworking SMT and T/H components.

Job Summary

This role involves:

  • Hand soldering SMT and T/H components
  • Loading and operating SMT and T/H equipment
  • Performing rework on SMT and T/H components
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Responsibilities and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience with PCBA assembly in a high-mix mid-volume environment (8+ years preferred)
  • Working knowledge of operating SMT assembly equipment
  • Familiarity with 6S housekeeping practices and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Current IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications
  • Experience with engineering documents, including drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Ability to interact with PC-based operating systems (Microsoft Suite, MES, ERP, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a cross-functional capacity and be trained to perform all manufacturing-related processes
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $20-$35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
