### Responsibilities

* Greet guests and provide clear and accurate descriptions of food and beverage options
* Deliver hot food items from the kitchen to tables
* Input orders into the computer and secure accurate payment
* Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks
* Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
* Observe diners and respond to requests
* Complete daily inventory prep sheet
* Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
* Escort guests to tables as needed
* Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
* Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
* Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and available amenities

### Requirements

* Previous serving experience is a plus, but we will train the right fit
* High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent
