About the Role

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in the Hooksett area. This is a full-time position working with an elementary school caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions to students.
  • Assist in assessing and evaluating students' speech and language abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' therapy and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
  • SLPA Licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
