Job Title: Restaurant Manager

At Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the food service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
