Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience in med/surg or tele nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
