Job Summary

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of projects, as well as the improvement of engineering processes. This position requires collaboration with functional and business leadership teams to support business and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers, including recruiting, training, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and staffing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and program requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to engineers and other teams.
  • Develop and maintain engineering processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a BS or 9+ years with a graduate degree.
  • Minimum of BS in Engineering.
  • Experience managing teams and developing project plans.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make complex decisions and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with space-based, aerospace, or military electronic designs.
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Lean and Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with test equipment and programming fundamentals.
