Tonati Mexican Grill, a renowned restaurant in Katy, Texas, is seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation, with the ability to create high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.
Our ideal candidate must be able to prepare all menu items according to recipes and special dietary requirements, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. They should also be able to manage kitchen supplies, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to proper health and hygiene procedures.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking, preferably with experience as a line cook, prep cook, or sous chef. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory. Food Handlers certification is required, and we encourage applicants who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
