  • Following established Food Safety and Workplace Safety protocols diligently.
  • Identifying and addressing any safety hazards to protect both customers and associates.
  • Reporting any incidents or accidents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Wearing the designated company uniform and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Completing required training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to analyze technical information to resolve issues effectively.
  • Must meet age requirements for specific job functions.
  • Physical capability to fulfill job requirements, with or without accommodations.

Physical Demands:
  • Proficient in using computers and communication systems necessary for job functions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
  • Capable of lifting products weighing up to 15 lbs. consistently, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to push or pull weights up to 75 lbs. as needed.
  • Required to stand for extended periods, with frequent short walks.
  • Comfortable handling various substances related to produce and cleaning materials.
  • Frequent reaching and grasping motions at different levels.
  • Must meet established performance standards for the role.
  • Able to work in varying temperature conditions for short durations.
