Job Title: Medical Waste Route Driver

At Stericycle, we are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Medical Waste Route Driver to join our team. As a Medical Waste Route Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting medical waste from various locations to our processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a 26' box truck to transport medical waste from customer locations to Stericycle facilities.
  • Ensure all waste is properly secured and handled in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Stericycle staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of waste transportation and disposal.
Requirements:
  • Valid standard driver's license (Class D or above) with an excellent driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a valid Medical Examiner Card (MED).
  • 6+ months of experience in driving shred/box trucks and route management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
